As with any of our Major Proteins, we have anywhere from 8-10 suppliers supporting those given products, allowing us to provide the volume needed, the size, the availability based on the delivery schedule, or the price point. Some might have product “in country” FDA cleared and ready for immediate sale and others might require us to ship from the country of origin pre-booking product awaiting 4-6 weeks for the product to deliver here to the USA and obtain FDA clearance.
We facilitate and oversee the entire supply chain from the time the PO is issued to the time each load arrives on time to your freezer door.
